This policy explains what we collect when you use Decoding Spirit (https://decodingspirit.com) and how we use it. We keep this deliberately minimal: at present the site is a brand and books showcase, and the only personal information we ask for is your email address, if you choose to give it.

What we collect

Email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter or join the courses waitlist, we store the email you submit so we can contact you. That is the only information those forms collect.

Usage data. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. This is aggregate and not used to identify you personally.

What we do not collect

We do not take payments on this site and do not collect any payment or card details. Books are purchased on Amazon, under Amazon’s own terms and privacy policy.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Google Firebase (hosting and storing signup emails), Google Analytics (usage measurement), and our email platform for sending newsletters. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access or delete the email we hold for you at any time by writing to info@decodingspirit.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows — for example, when we begin selling books and courses directly. We will revise the date above when we do.
